However, in the event that a customer is shipped a faulty item or an incorrect title, we will gladly either replace the item or issue a full refund including the cost of S/H to return the item back to us. If the return was not due to an error made by us, then the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping back to us. In addition, there is a 15% restocking fee.

All items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were received. New items must be still sealed (if they originally were). To return an item, please contact us for a return label with our return address and a RMA number. Please send all items back using regular USPS mail with tracking.
